With no extensions loaded tested in both PF1 and 3.5E, it seems that only spell classes marked as spontaneous appear on the mini sheet. Points and Prepared casters do not. Is this by design?

The mini sheet should mirror what you see in Combat Mode for PC Actions tab. To be active in combat mode, points casters need max power points > spend power points; and prepared casters need preparation greater than 1.
