How can I enchant a silk robe?

I'm a collector of silk wares and merchandise, I'm wondering if there's a way for me to enchant my silks. I've traced lines of magic in the silk threads and have determined that this silk is good for enchanting. What must I say or do to enchant this item. I want it to have the power to attract any women or rabbit.

Rabbit's have grown immune to magic silks, you can thank 'The Magicians' for that.

They do fall for the old top-hat enchantment last I heard.
