7th Ed Call of Cthulhu. Starting skill values

Hi, I love Call of Cthulhu on Fantasy grounds, but over the last week I've seen a change, the base values for fighting seems to be changed. It's coming up as 80's without any skill points being allocated. Before it was 25. Has there been a change in the recent update?

Ive just loaded a fresh campaign and created a new char and fighting comes up as 25%.
