Skill list issue

Hello, I recently purchased the Call of Cthulhu ruleset, investigators handbook, and masks of nyarlathotep in preparation for an upcoming campaign. When I went to make a test character I found that my skill list appears to be bugged. When I go to edit my skills all he names disappear. This is the same issue as the 2 linked threads have had. I have tried the suggestions in those threads and every other suggestion I have found regarding this issue and nothing has worked.

If anyone could help me with this issue that would be greatly appreaciated.

Sorry to see you are having problems.

Can you please create a new campaign and take a screenshot of the console shoeing the version numbers of the ruleset and extensions.

Then can you please check the era selected in the campaign options, then create a new character and see if it is ok?

If not, please create a log dump file and attach it to check.
