i think you can set reach in the "size/reach" stat block in the format of: 5 ft./10 ft.
if not, drop npc into tracker, then there is a grid icon at top of combat tracker; set that number to the whatever reach is (then resize token to fit).
Thanks! I never would have thought to put that in the "npc" stats first. But I also didn't expect the trap rules to end up in the "attack" block either.
