The max die roll on a custom table seems to be 1d100, if you make a row with a range of something like "75-150" is it smart enough to know this is an open ended roll?

The max die roll on a custom table seems to be 1d100, if you make a row with a range of something like "75-150" is it smart enough to know this is an open ended roll?
Don't put a die in. Just make the table so the range of the rolls is less than 1 or greater than 100 and the ruleset will figure out which open-ended roll to make.
