Crazy Ideas About Spells

I was having ideas about casting spells in Rolemaster and I don't know if it would be workable and/or feasible, but here are my daydreams:
1 - The learning roll disappears after success
1.1 - If learning is successful, the spells on the list are enabled.
1.2 - When you click to cast the spell from the list, it consumes the Character's Power Point.
*Note: I know that concentration time will be questioned, so I think talking to the creator of Rolemaster Fantasy and using his modifications regarding concentration would be a good idea.
2 - If the Power Points run out, the tab to cast spells is disabled and is only reactivated with the recovery of "energy"
2.1 Chat displays the spell name, level and whether it was successful or not...
