Will the new launch screen work with Linux or only windows?
Thanks!
The new launcher is looking really sharp! I love it! Great job on this one devs!
I love the new launch screen, it’s modern, easy to navigate, and full of helpful features. One question: is it possible to improve the definition of the first “Fantasy Grounds” image? On my dual 2560 × 1440 screens, displayed as a full 5120 × 1440 setup, it looks blurry and the color gradient is not consistent. The same issue happens with the animated scenes: the darker areas show visible color banding. I’ve attached two screenshots to illustrate the problem. Thanks for this much-needed upgrade.

Thanks, the Fantasy Grounds start image is now perfect. There is still banding in the dark parts of the animated scenes, perhaps even more (not sure about that).Attachment 67729
The new launcher is a big improvement, thank you!
All the movement from the Ads + background was initially a bit overwhelming but it is growing on me.
A few suggestions:
The Ads could do to to pause a little longer on each one and then on the last Ad scroll around in a loop rather than cycle through them all back to the first one.
(all the movement makes my eyes go funny)
The update available button is a large bar across the screen, if we could have a y/n confirmation box it would help stop accidental updates.

After running an update the launcher forgets it's previous size, any chance the previous window size could be restored?
When starting a campaign the load screen scrolling picture (and die) consistently stutters towards the end of the load.
Thanks for the feedback. I've added a confirmation dialog before running the updater. We've looked at restoring the window size and position after an update, but I'll follow-up and see if there is anything we can do. The stuttering at the end of the load is when the campaign load is finalizing and stalls the main thread. I'm not sure there is much that can be done about that.
I've checked out the carousel change, the option to disable the background animation and update confirmation, all are looking good, thanks for that.
Are you having any luck with restoring the window size after update?
I did notice in the display options the image quality has changed from a percentage to numbers 0,1,2,3

A short piece of text to explain what each value does would be helpful.
Changing the image quality display value was an error. I've fixed it and changed the description to be more useful: "To increase performance, the image quality may be reduced. Lower quality settings result in reduced resolution for lighting, line-of-sight, and image FX. Changing this setting may help GPU performance."
We've had some progress on restoring the window size. Nothing concrete yet.
