So is there currently any way to get ahold of or buy a working 13th age ruleset?
There are a few but I do not know if the owners will ever offer the ruleset to the community or get with Pelgrane Press and Rob Heinsoo on getting it officially licensed.Quote:

Is there not a 13th Age SRD? Would there be any issues with distributing a module containing it?
I suppose it depends upon what was actually distributed and under which license.
Then there's the ongoing issue of "forking" where person A's module doesn't work (or work correctly) with person B's extension, which in-turn doesn't work (or work correctly) with person C's ruleset, which means that someone spends a whole lot of time and effort producing something that ends up being wasted effort.
But its worth taking a look at, if people are keen.
