I am brand new to coding Aura's but I must confess i had the same problem when I tried to just make it and effect. I am trying set up AURA of Courage for a 1E Pathfinder Paladin
AURA:10 friend;SAVE:4 fear
AURA:10 friend;SAVE:4 will fear
neither of these are working. Any advice? Thanks in advance
I cant get the color coding to work with the friend term either.

I think that applies the IFTAG that will check for the fear tag and then apply the Save if it sees the fear tag
Finally got a chance to test it. Unlike most effects where they work with or without a space after the colon (AC:5 or AC: 5) AURA: 10 MUST have a space between the : and the number.
so this works for me:

Update: tried it and it worked on the fear spell but it failed on the cause fear spell. Dont know how it would work against dragon fear or lich fear.

Changed the coding to the following and it worked
AURA: 20 friend,color[yellow]; aura of courage; IFTAG: fear; SAVE: 4;IFTAG:cause fear;SAVE:4

Arcane Condordance:
A shimmering, blue and gold radiance surrounds you, enhancing arcane spells cast by your allies within its area. Any arcane spell cast by a creature within the area gains a +1 enhancement bonus to the DC of any saving throws against the spell, and can be cast as if one of the following metamagic feats was applied to it (without increasing the spell level or casting time): Enlarge Spell, Extend Spell, Silent Spell, or Still Spell (you choose the metamagic feat when you cast arcane concordance).
THis is how I coded it but it failed
AURA:10 ally;CL:1
Try DC:1 not CL. CL = Caster Level not at computer atm
AURA:10 ally;DC:1; silent,still,enlarged, or extended
add a label for the metamagic type, make it 4 different spell effects to choose from.
Entropic Shield
A magical field appears around you, glowing with a chaotic blast of multicolored hues. This field deflects incoming arrows, rays, and other ranged attacks. Each ranged attack directed at you for which the attacker must make an attack roll has a 20% miss chance (similar to the effects of concealment). Other attacks that simply work at a distance are not affected.
