Also occupation skills are completely broken and missing. Why are we messing with this so much? Its caused nothing but headaches with little to no actual improvements just having to literally fullscale remake characters minutes before sessions multiple times. This is insanely frustrating.
Nothing has changed for CoC7e in quite some time. The latest reports haven't responded to my inquiries and I can't replicate it on my end. I need further information to help replicate.
Further info on Eras & multiplication.
This happened in an extentionless new campaign with Default Theme:
- Activating Alone in the Dark solo bundle module creates emptied Era entries without skill name/desc of the module.
- NPC Gen module is not activated. CoC 7e main > CoC 7E reference > Alone in the dark = bug.
+ Skills of pregens from the solo bundle were intact so I didn't screenshot them.
+ With these modules in a fresh campaign, 1d6*5 multplied succesfully.
+ Campaign zip attached -w/ edits after the pic. Maybe db.xml helps.

So it might mean the module would need to updated. Thank you for the further information. I will check it out when I am able to verify. Do you see it happen in a game without any modules using the default eras?
I only have Amidst the ancient trees & crimson letters and those dont do it.
Deactivating the buggy module fixes it.
I am now having the same issue as Brandonwlane, that new characters have no skills except language own, and all my skills in the skill folder are set to public. I am using the following modules:Quote:

I agree with him. That is quiet frustrating. Still the ERA skill list for Pulp Cthulhu is empty as I posted before.
Adding Language, Arts/Craft, Fighting, Science and Firearms skills just produces generic entreis which have to be edited by hand.
The only improvement I see, is that the Language - Own skill only appears once.
It appears to be a module issue and I am going through them and fixing the issue.
Pushed hotfixes for all the modules that contained eras or skills that were causing issues and cleaned them up manually. I tested them with a fresh campaign and they did not produce issues. Please let me know if you see anything not working right and we'll have a look.

The character generator seems to open up now correctly with the skill set from the era chosen.
Can you tell me what is still broken with the Orient Express modules? Is it still the eras and skill lists?Quote:
