Correct, but I meant load times. As in loading a campaign. Even with an ultra-fast system, my load times are significantly longer than I like. Styrmir mentioned 2-min load times just to test while developing an extension. I'd claw my eyeballs out going through that. :)Quote:

However I am bit in the dark with some of the add-ons, especially with the "Extra FGU License" stuff. For me, I only qualify for Beta with my existing FGU KS pledge for an Ultimate license.
If I was to purchase an Extra FGU Standard License, would I be able to give that license to another player (person) so they can participate in the Alpha/Beta with me? Or will this add-on license only be good once a final build of FGU is released?
This would be for the people who pledged for an additional license either because they owned more than one or bought one as a gift for someone else or becasue the other person didn't have a credit card and couldn't partake in the KS so so a friend pledged for them. So in your case this wouldn't apply.Quote:

I second this Tyr. I have the same issue with a Ultimate purchase 01/17/2019 and the same pledge.
Hey guys, the email you received should have said "If you have any difficulties with this process, please contact [email protected] for assistance." They may be getting a lot of emails, so if you've already done this please be patient and wait for them to respond.
Trenloe, it is probably why there is no Live Feed on Twitch right now. Dave surely has his hands full if others are have the same issue. No I didn't call him Shirley! But I almost said he was surly; but in that case he surely may be surly.
I had the same license problem as show above and I emailed the support address listed. They were super quick and courteous on getting it fixed. Just shoot a quick email their way, go ahead and attach a receipt (they will ask for it) and they will get it fixed.

I think I've ironed out the issues in the fulfillment process and caught up with any support emails about it. If you contacted us at support and didn't see a response yet, please try it again first and then contact us again if you still have issues. I've been handling these all directly.

I'm having issue with a veteran ultimate reward. Bought Ultimate Upgrade license back in 2016 through Steam, and it won't accept it as valid key for the reward. Have already sent email to support.
Sounds like a similar problem for several, so I expect we'll get resolution pretty soon.
And now it is working! Yay!
[Edit] Spoke too soon. The button to select that tier became enabled, but after clicking on it, I get error "You do not fulfill the requirements for the Veteran Upgrade - Ultimate reward yet. Please provide a suitable license key.8:12".
If it helps any, I've tried the page on both FireFox and IE11.
I got responses from Support within 15-20min. But they might be getting busier as more people in the US are getting home from work right now. But they are resolving these issues quickly.Quote:

Got it now. My balance was $0, but I had not selected my tier.
I was gonna say, easy way to test it is to start FG and update ... if it downloads all the art packs, it worked.
