Pushed hotfix to remove the era filter and have options for the damage discipline/department. It's accessed through the gear icon in the helper window to keep them in all one place.
Weapon properties & default attack discipline/department aren't populating - starts as blank and throws errors when opening the Actions tab:
[3/10/2025 9:52:00 PM] [ERROR] Script execution error: [string "..rek Adventures 2d20:..st_entry_weapon.lua"]:70: attempt to call field 'setStringValue' (a nil value)
[3/10/2025 9:52:00 PM] [ERROR] Handler error: [string "..rek Adventures 2d20:..st_entry_weapon.lua"]:70: attempt to call field 'setStringValue' (a nil value)
Can you roll back the change if not a quick fix? Can solve the nerve pinch issue through the weapon damage for now.
Issue: When creating a player ship from the party sheet, it shows an unchangeable character portrait. See screenshot of Test Ship.
Question: When a Character is assigned the Tactical Ship position, should they get ship attack options on their character sheet (under Fire Weapons)? See screenshot.
As long as the ship has weapons it pulls that data from that sheet.
Pushed hotfix for reports. It's best this way as adjusting the damage is a manual process and would need constant upkeep if stats are updated. Here this allows for choosing the modifier to the base damage of the attack.
Maybe I'm missing something but I haven't opened STA for a couple of months until purchasing the Lower Decks module recently. Now, in a new clean campaign with no extensions, many of the previous automatic actions are not operating. The screen looks and operates differently. Previously if I caused damage to a targeted character or ship on the CT the damage was auto applied with modifiers (eg Vicious 1). Now it appears I need to manually do this every time. Is this the new setup going forward, or have I not somehow activated the proper option? I know there have been a lot of changes over the last couple of months, I am just trying to grasp what they are. Thanks for your continued efforts.
I can verify it is still applying damage effects if the game version is set to 1E after it roll the conflict dice for the damage. I would need more information and maybe some steps on how to replicate to help me see it happening.
Maybe an odd question but do you have three minutes to jump on and look at it with me? It may be an easier way to demonstrate
If not, let me know what info you need
