Is Forlorn Hope being worked on?
It's done. It's just going through Smiteworks' QA process. Should be out late this month or sometime next month.
One of the things it occurs to me to mention is the concept that other game systems utilize source material from R. Talsorian games for their own use (ie, I use it with GURPS myself). One of the things I'm wondering about is this:
Those things that are dependent upon the actual CP Red or CP2020 mechanisms that are essentially applications or functions - can they be set up in a secondary file while the actual "source material" can be included in a system agnostic file?
Also, there are times when/where I wish that there were a CP 2020 rules set instead of CP Red rules set. Just musing aloud. :)
I seem to remember there being an extension on the forge that makes all modules available to all rulesets. That might sorta do what you want. I'm not sure how that interacts mechanically with things since items and such are custom built for a particular ruleset. But for sure the reference manuals should be available.
We did think about converting 2020, but the systems were far more complex than we were interested in delving into.

Is Interface Red Volume 4 in the works?
Yup, it's currently in the process of being reviewed by Smiteworks. Should be released in about a month.

Well, I finally got my GURPS player of cyberpunk interested in Cyberpunk Red. I get to play CP Red!
(this post was longer, but has been cleaned up and moved to a new thread).
That all sounds awesome HalC but Im pretty sure you should have started your own thread for that and not posted it here. This is for talking about whats upcoming module and book wise. Just dont want your post to get deleted because it sounds like the start of something cool and you should keep us all updated in its own thread
Ohh I agree. Once that gets ported into FG its money leaving my pocket faster than I can breathe. Look forward to more of your story journal
In a way, I need that Single Player journal to handle some of the stuff the NPCs are going to be doing in the campaign world. I'm not sure how much of my campaign bible I should be sharing here, in case my player decides "hey, this is cool" and finds me here.
Suffice to say, since this is 2045, Rogue has a son she's brought into this world, and she's now settling down into the life of a fixer. I suspect that she will need to spread her roots pretty far to become Queen of the Afterlife, and I hope that I can use Liam "Starburst" Donnovan to help tell that story. I guess that means I should start to clean up my notes on Liam that I have in my google docs and maybe consider posting it in my campaign thread.
So, when will we get the New Single Player module? Huh huh huh? I needs it Baaaaaad.
I'm working on it. The holidays, and some unforseen personal expenses have put a bit of a damper on the conversion, but I'm hoping to finish the it in January, which will probably lead to its release in February. I do have all the tables converted and rollable. And a couple of key features I've developed to assist solo play do currently exist in the ruleset.
Check the utilities in the table library on the right, and the clock functionality has its own library as well.
I'm happy to Walk you through the process of converting the tables if you want to use them before I'm able to finish the conversion.
This isn't meant to put pressure on you, just letting you know we look forward to it when it does come out. But, as you might guess, some of us can see ways to use this to write stories about Night City in the time of the Red.
For the record? I tell people I'm not the center of the universe. If that were true, I'd be spinning non-stop and it would be too confusing. ;)
Single Player Mode has released!

When the credit card gets reissued, I will certainly pick this up pronto.
Thanks for the hard work!
Hal
I guess Nightcity 2045 will come to FGU?
Yup! Probably before some of the others since I suspect it will be a simpler module.
Nice. I´m looking forward to it :D
I assume Interface RED 5 is on the way as well?
Yeah, but that one's going to take a bit longer. I want to rework some core systems for some better compatibility with the acpas. It's been a busy summer for me, so progress has been slow.
Fair enough. Thank you for the update.
