No, not without altering the ruleset code.

EDIT: I was referring to the post announcing the end of development of the Gurps-U skin, but I failed to quote it.
I am sorry to hear this... your skin made FG seems really tailored for GURPS specifically and it is totally on par with current official ones in terms of both beauty and functionality.
When FG settled on the current Core skin (neverminding its predecessors), we all liked it enough that we really didn't want to change it, and I didn't have any better ideas at the time. Keeping up with the constant changes was (and is) a bit of a pain. It's been a while since I've felt the need to do more than change the background—which I've done a number of.
Are there enough changes ion the Revised Edition (due next month, and on preorder at Noble Knight for me) that anything will need to be adjusted? My understanding rules-wise is no. The game will work the same, just in a more convenient package (one book instead of two for the core). It looks like a good book to read (and a bad book to drop on your foot!).
I have all sorts of other silly questions that have probably already been asked by smarter people than myself and answered.
I don't think anything will need to be changed in the ruleset as a response to the new revised edition.
I don't think there are any changes, but if there are, I will do them when the GURPS Revised becomes available.
