Yes it is due to the extension no longer properly setting the defaults for items.
You can make the items if you fill in all applicable fields. Even if the item would not need the field due to a it being non magical or made out of normal material or there is no change in size all visible fields must have something selected in them.

So in short if your items is non magical it needs to have none selected in the bonus option
if the item is not made out of a special material that field needs to have none in it.
and the size field must have the size of the item even if it does not change

This extension is throwing errors on the Test server. The update on the Test server goes live today so I believe these errors will start to occur on live. Note that the errors do not stop the extension from working.

Error is attached.

I just checked this extension as I was checking out other reports; and it appears to be working as is.

I'm not seeing the error reported when running just this extension; so I assume this is a conflict with another extension redefining "item_main" window class.

I'll do some more testing now that this is live.

I have problems in my Pf1e campaign but i dont know if this happen due this ext or another. I apreciate help. This pop up when i open an item.

A new version has been added to the forge. This version resolves the issue with default values not populating.

I don't believe this is caused by this extension.
With just this extension loaded I am not able to replicate this error.
Can you try with just this extension loaded and let me know if you are still getting the error.
