Venture-Captain Bjersig Torrsen has set out the call for a group of Pathfinders to compete in a race known as the Balgirdtrek. Taking place in the Land of the Linnorm Kings, this race is an annual event that includes participants from both the Varki and Ulfen people of the region. Bjersig hopes that by having the PCs participate, they might not only bolster the Society's reputation in the Saga Lands, but also document this exciting event. Although the Society has the organizers' official permission, some of the Ulfen competitors in particular see the Pathfinders' participation as an intrusion on their time-honored pastime. The true challenge of this race is not monsters or villains, but the harsh nature of the grueling marathon itself.

Pathfinder Adventure: Little Trouble in Big Absalom SUN September 20th @ 1 PM UTC
Pathfinder Adventure: Little Trouble in Big Absalom SUN September 20th @ 1 PM UTC
An adventure for 5 level 1 kobolds. While it may not be necessary to play pregens in this one, I would still nonetheless recommend it. Details about the pregens to follow.
Please schedule around 3 hours for the game (length mostly depending on how much RP there is).
Edit: Rescheduled to 1 PM (instead of 1.30 PM) to allow for a bit more time.
Note that I may run some quests sometime soon to allow players to "fill out" their XP.
Players of this adventure, as well as GMs who run the adventure, gain the Chronicle Sheet included with this document, which they can apply to any of their Pathfinder Society (second edition) organized play characters. Players must decide which character to apply credit to when they receive the Chronicle Sheet and the GM signs it. This Chronicle Sheet gives 1 XP and 2 Treasure Bundles appropriate to a character of that level (before adding experience points from this Chronicle Sheet). It also grants 1 Fame and 1 Reputation that can be assigned to any faction for which the character has the Faction Champion boon, as well as 2 days of Downtime.
To clarify: This scenario uses the new PF2 rules and will be run as a Pathfinder Society scenario.
I would run the game if we have at least three players interested.
About the adventure:
Always living in the shadows is hard when you're a clever and regal creature like a kobold. Now it's time to make a name for yourself and bring honor and prestige to your clan.
In Little Trouble in Big Absalom, you take on the role of one of five kobolds from the Hookclaw clan tasked with exploring a treasure-laden vault discovered by a team of Hookclaw diggers. Enticed by the potential wealth, the kobolds brave terrible dangers [...].
Little Trouble in Big Absalom includes two mini adventures that can be played back to back or alonefilling as much or as little time as you have for madcap adventure. In addition, the five pregenerated kobold characters provide a preview of the upcoming Pathfinder Advanced Player's Guide in this exciting offering for Free RPG Day! Grab some dice and some friends and play the role of determined kobolds!

PFS: The Fall of Plaguestone: SAT 13 Feb. @1400 UTC
A group of new adventurers traveling through the village of Etran's Follyalso known as Plaguestonemust come together to solve the murder of a friend.
I anticipate weekly sessions of 2-4 hours and a run time of about 2-4 months depending on how much roleplaying is done.
That said, I will encourage roleplaying, thinking outside the box as we do not have a time limit on this adventure.
This is a chance to create a character concept and try it out.

About the one-shot:
For years, the pirate Captain Renlock sailed the coast of the Arcadian Ocean from the Shackles to the south to the waters of Varisia to the north searching for plunder and adventure—until one day his luck ran out. The ship was captured by a navy and the captain and his crew were apprehended and imprisoned. Years later, after the captain's death in prison, the four released crewmembers receive a message from the deceased captain pointing them to treasure he hid for them.
This short Pathfinder 2nd edition adventure written by Jason Bulmahn is intended to be completed in a single session and includes four 5th-level pregenerated characters whose backstories and motivations tie closely into the plot of the adventure. This adventure can be easily incorporated into various virtual tabletops, run off of digital devices, or printed out and played at a table.
