Ruleset updates are posted here when submitted. The updates go live on Tuesdays. I’m planning to upload the XCC character sheet updates tomorrow.
DCC/MCC Ruleset update 2025-09-14 submitted:
- [Updated] NPC, mutation, and spell importers with default mode settings.
- [Updated] Automatic disapproval rolls trigger in MCC ruleset (previously blocked due to absence of deities in Terra AD setting).
- [Updated] Minimum effect duration set to 1 when random duration result is 0 or negative.
- [Updated] MCC character type icon changed to higher contrast image.
- [Added] XCC character type icon.
- [Added] Mojo field replaces fleeting luck field for XCC character type or when a PC has the Mojo feature.
- [Added] Wealth & Fame section to Inventory tab with Wealth, Title (read-only), Fame, and Grandstanding (rollable) fields. Displays for XCC character type.
- [Added] Sponsorships list to Inventory tab. Displays for XCC character type.
- [Added] Grappling section to Weapon Meta window with Training Die and Grapple Crit Die, Table, and Threat Range fields. Displays when a PC has the Grappling or Training Die feature.
- [Added] Critical hits for attack name 'Grapple' use the Athlete Grapple Crit Table by default.
- [Added] PCs with the Brawler class are treated as Agility 16 when two-weapon fighting mode is active.
- [Added] Blaster die field to spell check calculation in Magic Meta window. Displays when a PC has the Blaster Die feature. Added to spell check rolls when die field is not empty.
- [Added] String cycler for power calculations includes an option for the blaster die result.
- [Added] Actor section to Notes tab. Displays for XCC character type.
- [Added] PCs with the Robust feature heal 2 hit points and 2 points of temporary ability damage on an overnight rest.
- [Added] Firearms (pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun) are treated as ranged weapons for inventory handling.

All of the additions are for the XCC RPG core rules. I will work on XCC character generation for the next update. I plan to create powers for many of the XCC class abilities, but as always, I am open to suggestions.
Goodman Games core ruleset update 2025-09-23:
- [Updated] Add Zero button allows automatic character generation for XCC characters.
- [Updated] Add random spells button compatibility with blaster and gnome spells.
- [Updated] Some XCC features automatically create powers on Actions tab.
- [Updated] Ability modifier for base spell check automatically set for XCC blasters, elf tricksters, and gnomes at first level.
- [Fixed] MCC manimals and plantients not adding genotype language on automatic character generation.
The next update will include standardized spell actions for XCC spells. I am also looking at automating power action updates for XCC class features that improve on level advancement (e.g. Charisma Die, Devastating Attack, etc.).
Updates for 2025-09-30:
- [Fixed] Spell effect durations for multiples of caster level not calculating.
- [Added] Spell actions for first level spells from the XCC RPG core rules.
Update 2025-10-07:
- [Fixed] Script error when XCC blaster rolls a spell check with no blaster die.
- [Fixed] Game system checkboxes for class advancement table not displaying properly for read only state.
- [Updated] Blaster die populates automatically for blaster class level advancement.
- [Added] Spell actions for level 2 and level 3 blaster spells from XCC core rules module.
If you have custom classes that are not displaying the advancement table correctly, unlock the record and set the game system, which will update the stats list. The menu was getting quite large with the addition of XCC classes.

Hi DCCRPG support team,
I've possible encountered a bug issue with the DCCRPG gameset, I was wondering if someone else had seen these same issues and if so is there a fix.?
Bug 1. Saves for Reflex, Fortitude and Will seem to be defaulting to 0, even when the PC has + modifiers from multiple sources, e.g. stat, class misc.
Bug 2. Deed dice aren't being included in the damage rolls for Warriors or Dwarves.?
