If you recently bought it, you could reach out to SW for a refund.

You also only posted the issue 2 days ago. Maybe give them some time.

The problem is that he didn't respond by saying he's going to fix it, he simply said it's a D&D 4e-only problem, as a result he doesn't seem to care about anything, but I spent money on this addition and I want it to work. I am very irritated about this.

Welcome to the world of third party mods.
Also, these mod makers have lives beyond the gaming world, you pay your money, you take your chances and even a week or two isn't out of the question.
Do your best to let the maker know you have an issue and then disable the mod and wait.

I have no solution to it. I guess he will get around to get it fixed when time allows. Luckily enough, this extension isn't critical to me.

Who responded to you? Was it via PM or in another thread? MrDDT's comments a few posts back aren't from the author of this extension. @bratch9, the extension author, hasn't logged into the forums since March 11th, they may be away.

I'm the one that said it was likely a 4E problem, because I'm not seeing it in 5E. This helps towards trouble shooting and knowing where to look for the issue.

2 days is not very long for someone to reply to a report of a bug, just FYI, let alone fix it.
