Hi, the problem with your mod is not fixed yet, do you know if you will fix it soon? Or can I ask for a refund?
The problem is that he didn't respond by saying he's going to fix it, he simply said it's a D&D 4e-only problem, as a result he doesn't seem to care about anything, but I spent money on this addition and I want it to work. I am very irritated about this.

Also, these mod makers have lives beyond the gaming world, you pay your money, you take your chances and even a week or two isn't out of the question.
Do your best to let the maker know you have an issue and then disable the mod and wait.
I'm the one that said it was likely a 4E problem, because I'm not seeing it in 5E. This helps towards trouble shooting and knowing where to look for the issue.
2 days is not very long for someone to reply to a report of a bug, just FYI, let alone fix it.
