We're seeing this with a few modules. We're working on this.
Just pushed a hot fix for the CoreRPG ruleset that should prevent this from happening. Please run a new Check for Updates to get the latest.
You'll have to close the "ghost" windows by right clicking on the text and selecting the Close Window menu item.

new campaign, I open books, click player handbook, scroll to characters and the races link.
If I click on the races link, it moves me to races.
If I drag the races link to an open spot on my desktop, I see the issue as before (shown in video clip)
