Players taking control of vehicles?

Hello all, hoping I'm just missing something. How do you setup players to be able to take control of vehicle tokens? Is this possible? The vehicle is shared to public. I've assigned players to be a pilot, the vehicle is in the party sheet garage and also assigned to them. They can target and roll attacks but they cannot move the vehicle on the battle map. We are both running the current version.

You would need to turn on group vision to have players be able to move the token as no one technically owns the token.

The option is called "Token: Party vision and movement". Then, any friendly token placed in the combat tracker should be able to be moved by the players.
