Not sure if this is a bug or intentional. But mask sensitive visibility only seems to work if LOS is enabled.
This was tested on a map with no LOS details, where I had a mask and had partial reveleaed some of that mask using the reveal tool.
The enemies would not be revealed (even though made visible on CT) unless either: A) were set always to invisible or B) The mask was completely turned off or C) LOS was enabled.
