FGU stuck on the loading screen

Last night I downloaded FGU, inserted the license, made the updates... all without any problems.
Then I tried to manage the 5E test campaign, then I tried to create one with the AD&D ruleset.
The program remains on the "starting private server" screen.
Have I missed a few steps?

2E ruleset appears to have issues. Dont think it has been added to Known Issues, but several reports indicate it does not yet work.

I pushed a new version of 2E ruleset to patch system earlier today that addresses load issue. There are still other issues that I'm working through with Celestian.
