Opinions on Bluerise Tower look

Hi all, I have a session coming up involving this landmark and I wanted to get an idea of how everyone else's pictures it. In my head going off the map of Absalom i have kind of pictured it being the higher floors are sticking out of the station and having some sort of view into space. That would definitely make my player's plan of attack for this place interesting as he plans to fly up and break in through the window haha. Though i can also see the station has encapsulated over it to make room for its size, as i imagine its got roughly 100 floors to it. So yeah I was just curious what other people's thoughts are on it or if maybe I missed some info.
