Today, at the end of a session, when I clicked in the Award XP button, it distributed XP for just one character. This is the first time it has happened in 10 years.

Log message says: [ERROR] Script execution error: [string "CoreRPG:scripts/manager_party_xp.lua]:152: deliverChatMessage: Invalid parameter 1

Was just setting up an instance of freshly updated FG for a new campaign and went to create a new character (not using the Wizard) which threw up these errors:

This was in a campaign with minimal extensions and only base rules, plus Wild Beyond the Witchlight modules loaded. To rule any of these being the issue I set up a new 5e campaign with no extensions and no modules yet loaded for testing and the result was the same in both 5e 2024 and Legacy.

Any thoughts?

p.s just to add that these errors popped off when hitting the 'Add Item' button in the 'Character Selection' window

I'm still having issues when adding elements to an image.

Using Shadowdark Ruleset currently, but this happens in other Rulesets, including Core.
No Extensions
I am using art from Gabriel Pickard.
I have the folders for FG in a removable hard drive (not sure if that matters???)


These do not always happen, but happen often enough that editing maps inside FG beyond laying down a single base image is becoming a headache and puts a halt to any work on the map.

When I move layers into a folder, they disappear from the screen. They used to come back after shutting down FG and reloading, but now they refuse to appear at all. But, they will sometimes reappear in a later session after adding another image layer.

Sometimes, when adding a new image layer, the previous image layer put down disappears. They will sometimes reappear in a later session after adding another image layer.

Sometimes, when changing the angle of an image layer I'm about to put down selects a previous image and moves that image from its original placement, changes the angle of that layer, but does not change anything in the preview of the stamp I'm wanting to put down.

I've tried to add an effect to character and got this error. The effect didn't work on the character. I tried different effects and characters. No effect. Same error.

Hi

I am using 5e... can you point me to a youtube video for how to hide some parts of the water effect on a map.

It has been awhile and I literally cant remember how to do it, though I know its easy...and now have been searching a lot videos a bit too long lol.
