  1. Blogging the Apocalypse - Part 2

In my last post, I discussed how to set the stage for the adventure Princes of the Apocalypse. In this installment, I reveal how my players unearthed the haunted keeps as the adventure leads them deep into the Sumber Hills.

This post contains spoilers for the Wizards of the Coast adventure Princes of the Apocalypse. You have been warned...

By now, the characters should be armed with a lead or two to help them with their initial search for the missing Mirabar delegation. ...

  2. What image editor should I use?

I've had several people lately ask me what photo editing software I use and what would I recommend for them to use. For the past 30 years, I have been the web guy and senior programmer for several marketing companies and Photoshop is absolutely required. Main reason, to wait for the final, hard copy version of SWADE, and my kickstarter stuff to be shipped and two, so that I can put more time back into my HârnMaster 3 ruleset being built on MoreCore. I was stuck for some time on how to do the layout but and I think I finally turned a corner and am making good progress again.

Editing this to add a screenshot of some of my latest work. Still 'ALOT' to do.

  5. Lua is not my friend

    Hey all...

Another installment from the Mortar Pit.

I am going into depths I have rarely gone before. I am delving into the world of lua. That crazy little programming language that makes rulesets and extensions work, and it wasn't long before I realized I suck at it

About a week ago I got asked in discord to help put together a language and font extension for a 5E campaign. Something I hadn't done before, but I'm all over it like flies on...well...you ...
