Well, here we are now with FG2 and many are more than just a little bit happy, that a Program like this exists. In my Opinion it is the most Round Produkt, since you can change a lot of things yourself and you have all you need for good, no great, adventures. Sure, there are many things that we like to have in the future, but there are already several great things.
That is why I ask the Question, what are good and great features of the mods and Rulesets you are playing with and why!?!

Also thanks to Oberoten for the Wiki, I do think, that nice features should also be stated there and who has programmed it, or the code with a little explenation. That would be a great Community Projekt.

The character sheet is the greatest feature. The focus on the sheet makes FGII an ideal tool for online roleplaying.

The Spinning dice is pretty cool....though I wish they'd implement the dice stacking feature....
(Char sheet, hands down. With a char sheet you can play any game)

Oh, I did not speak about the features of FG2 itself, there are tons of it, i meant the rulesets. e.g. the Combattracker additions in the foundation rulset where you are able to make Combatgroups. Or the handling of the abillities in the 4e_jpg ruleset. What makes the ruleset mod you are using so speacial?

Double-click skill rolling for ....
Conspiracy X (including the exploding dice)
Traveller (Mongoose)
Corporation
Babylon 5
It's not the features, it's the number of games I can play using the tool. The setup of a character sheet is nice and simple for anyone with basic XML skills. The Lua stuff is a little harder.

I've only ever played Fantasy Grounds with my nWoD ruleset, so that's all I can comment on. It took me a long while to figure out how to sort die rolls and count successes. Now that's working (thanks to a lot of Sages) and it's one of the bright spots of nWoD.

The greatest thing about FG2 is that something like the 4e_JPG ruleset can exist. Enormous flexibility. A close second is its entrenched "I am not a Windows MDI program" philosophy.
