For some reason, I cannot get FG to host a game. I am temporarily at a different location, and so using a different IP, and the game will not connect with another player when I try to host.
I don't really know why. I've tried to ensure that my firewall wasn't interfering and that my router was behaving, but to no avail. I get the feeling that the program is locked into my normal IP and won't accept a new one.
This is really confusing me, and is quite irritating.
I am still able to connect to another person's game and play in their session.
If anyone has encountered this problem and knows what to do about it, please enlighten me.

To host you have to open 1802 and port foward to the correct local computer. Clients don't have to do that because when they connect to the server the host's computer/router do all the work.

I had tried that, and it did not work. However, I have discovered Hamachi, and that solved the entire issue.
