My friend lost his license when he had to reformat his main drive, he has emailed smiteworks several times and hasn't got a response. He tried going to the order history but its not saved there.

It seems smiteworks is too busy to help him, anybody got any ideas?

They've always responded to me and my friends promptly, strange. How long has he been waiting?

The dev teams reads the boards, so you might want to put your friends e-mail address on here incase it somehow got missed, so they can go find it.

I would never recommend posting your email address on to an open forum, but I agree it is unusual not to hear from SmiteWorks. Has your friend been sending his request to [email protected] ?
