I have ordered the pack and have waited for it to be shiped ta me and come to find out its a download and not disks. There was nothing to indacate that it was a download it said that it is being shipped to me when I bought it. So heres my problem you all sent me an email to verify my order and I deleted it after reading and come ta find out the games a download and it was on that email. what can be done?:mad: You really need ta be more clear about how this all works. Please Help

You need to send an email to [email protected] and ask them to re-send the e-mail.

If you bought from this site, there's an "order history" link at the bottom of the store page. You should be able to get your infomation there.

To be fair, the order process does give you this message before requesting payment:

"An order confirmation e-mail containing download and license information will be delivered to the address you specify when entering your purchase details."

but I agree it could be made clearer.
