ok i bought and paid for a full liscense i was unsure about how the program worked i recieved ane e-mail but thought there was gonna be a disk sent or something....because your homepage is really vague on how the program DL works they never say wether it is a disk or download so.... i erased the e-mail got deleted now what do i do?? do i have tpopay for it all over again ? I would hope not this sux they need to be more specific on how to go about DLing or ordering the program. can ne1 help me!!! seriously frustrated i like what i see and want to use your software but man its been 2 weeks of waiting for a disk and now i find out i may have screwed the whole thing up cause its a DL HELP!!!:)

Go to the downloads heading up top : Go with the full/lite download.

This is where you get the software... This is the good news.

The bad news? The letter contained the license keys. You'll have to either check the store's history to see if you saved them there too... (if you did all is fine and dandy.) If not you'll have to contact support at [email protected] and have them re-send the keys.
