Just published an update to the 4E_JPG ruleset. Head over to the FUM web site for more information on the changes.

Or perhaps even making some of these awesome tweaks available in extensions? :)

I'm focusing most of my effort on the 4E ruleset, since it is by far the most popular. The d20_JPG group has 24 members right now, and the 4E_JPG group has 408 members.
However, I'm still maintaining the d20_JPG ruleset also. I tend to make updates to the 4E ruleset, let them settle out a bit, then port over any additions that make sense for the d20 ruleset. The last update on the 4E was 4 months in the making, so it may take a couple months to get some of the changes into the d20_JPG ruleset.
Any changes in particular that you are interested in?
Cheers,

I would definitely like the ability to store pre-loaded combat trackers and call them up when needed. As for other requests, I'm going to the 4e site to see what you've done, and I'll get back to you here.

OK, here are some more changes I'd like:
1) Support for encounters in 3.5.
2) When the active combat tracker entry changes to an NPC, the active entry's
name will be made the current speaking identity for the GM.
3) Names in most reference/adventure lists are now draggable. (powers, feats,
rituals, equipment, magic items, monsters/NPCs, story entries, encounters,
maps, items, personalities)
4) Attack rolls, damage rolls and effects can now be dropped onto tokens
linked to the combat tracker (for the host only). Player access to
token drops is still being investigated.
5) When more than one combat entry shares the same initiative, the initiative
bonus will be used as a tie breaker to determine order in combat. If the
bonuses are also equal, then it is up to the GM to resolve the tie.
I appreciate your willingness to continue supporting this. You have been a great contributor to our community.

I attempted to install the one from the wiki. When I attempted to run it in FG only a partial of FG loaded and the console window appeared and gave me an error:
Script Error: [string "scripts/manager_desktop.lua"]:78: attempt to index global 'table'(a nil value)
any ideas?

Sounds like a corrupt download, try downloading it again and re-installing.
Note that I don't host the 4e ruleset, it is at FourUglyMonsters and it might be better going there to download it from the 4e development group.

Desktop manager error usually means you're running a version of FGII before the extensions were added. You need to be running a newer version, ideally 2.3.6 (at this writing).

I would but when I tried to register it had some error that it couldnt email me the activation email. I tried to re-register and it said my UN and Email was in use, but it never sent the confirmation email. I looked all over the site for a contact email so they could fix it but never found one... ugh wanna .zip it and email it me?

I tried to run the updater and it brings up the updater window and says:
"Getting package listing
Done!"
and then it just sits there...

In the upper right corner of the FGII screen that allows you to select a campaign, join as a player, etc there should be a version number. This needs to read 2.3.6. If it doesn't then you should update. If you are having updater problems you should check house of healing I believe there are several threads on updater issues. If that fails you can always email support.

Yeah it appears that the version of FGII that my buddy installed on here for me isnt legit at all. Thankfully this "patched" version cant be updated, so all the patched versions online are stuck, and if anybody needs to upgrade they still have to pay. Which is a good thing - I'm all about supporting software and anti-pirating... (Im a graphic design student and had to pay over $2k in software, its not fair some people get it free...)
so when I get paid wednesday ill buy a full license. Thanks all for the help.
