Removing Campaigns

What is the correct way to remove a campaign?

Just delete the folders - or is there a command. I tend to create a new campaign for every module and now I have a lot.

Correct, you just delete the campaign's folder. I tend to adjust my modules a lot so I have tons of campaigns too. I never bother to delete them though they don't take enough space to bother with and I only actually run a few of them - the rest are all adventure modules - and a ton of ruleset test campaigns. :p

If you have made the campaign into a module you can always unzip the module later if you ever want to change it later. If you really want to get rid of it forever, make sure you also delete the campaign's module out of modules. Be careful, the module name doesn't have to have any relation to the campaign name unless you're made the file name the same as the module name.
