I'm thinking about getting FG2 to run on my netbook; it has 1 GB RAM and Win XP, so plenty of juice. For the video memory, does FG require 32 MB of dedicated video memory, or will shared/virtual memory work?

People have at times reported problems with integrated graphics chipsets, resulting in mangled graphics which pretty much make running FG impossible.

Download the demo at https://www.fantasygrounds.com/downloads/ - if it runs fine, the full version should too.

Very good advice from joeru. Make sure you roll the dice and see what happens when you start a second instance. The problem with the intergrated chips is many are not fully DirectX 9.0c compatible.

I have an Asus 904ha and it runs FG fine. The chat window is cut off at the bottom, but can click there and still type (just can't see the preview).

We've recently found out on the community board that there seems to be a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768. It is possible to modify this though a custom ruleset and there's a posted workaround (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showpost.php?p=70085&postcount=12). I'm trying to do a fix as an extension, but I'm having issues with the classes in the extension not overriding and being flagged as duplicates.
