Convert d20 to Foundation?

How do I convert an existing d20 adventure to the foundation ruleset? I found that I could change the name of the ruleset in campaign.xml, and the version, to match a new campaign created in foundation, and that solved my token problem that developed in my d20 campaign, but when I drag personalities into the combat tracker it doesn't move anything but the name. The AC, attacks, etc., are all blank in the tracker. So, what do I need to do to update my d20 campaign for the foundation ruleset?

There is currently a bug in the combat tracker functionality in the Foundation ruleset. I'd stick with d20 for now until this is fixed.
