How do I cut and paste text??

Well, I bought the game today! Yeah. I've made some figs and stuff.

I was watch the turtorial on module creation and Xorn just jumped over this part and did it....

How do I copy text from another source like a word document into the editor?

Ctrl+c = copy
Ctrl+v = paste
Ctrl+x = cut
