License key never sent once purchased. Not in emails. Are we missing something (new player is waiting on hold status and was hoping somebody on boards could direct me why it didn't send).
He got all the thank you emails, set up account for community boards, but no license key.
Smitew should really have a trial key to tide you over if its going to take more than a few minutes to process a key.
Thoughts?
