WildShape. How you guys do it?

You know guys, I'm playing as a Druid (Master of Many forms to be exactly)

I wanna know how can i make the sheets of me when i get wild shapped? Is there some place in this program?
Maybe some module or anything?

I'm using a notebook here... Is there some way to use the program to make the sheets?

You could create a new separate character with your alternative attributes and abilities, and switch between them when in wild shape.

In one of my previous games, that is exactly how our druid did it. He just made separate sheets for each form and moved in and out of the specific sheets as needed.
