How Do I...token/portrait

Hello,

My players logged in with their own portraits. When I dragged their tokens onto the map which had a grid set, it rescaled but to a size that was really small. Normally, I have the tokens I use set to 128x128 (I use TokenTool). One of the players gave me a potrait_token and portrait_token_mask png file. I know I'm supposed to place it in the icon folder but I cannot find an icon folder for the d20 ruleset. I see one for my Castles and Crusades ruleset though.

That's because there's none.

The ruleset is packed in a zipped file and the program reads the files it needs from there. The best thing you can do is extract the ruleset, rename it and move your campaign to that new ruleset. The first part of THIS (https://thepalentir.com/?q=node/20) video explains how to unzip that file.
