Chatlog Scrubber Q

I apologize that this is not actually FG2 that I'm having problems with.

I reinstalled my machine and I can't get the Chatlog Scrubber to work on the chatlog.

I get:


File Read Error

Unable to translate the Unicode character \uDDE at index 128 to specified code page.

I've installed and reinstalled the latest scrubber (ChatLogScrubber_UTF8.zip) and I'm using the D20_JPG ruleset, if that has any bearing.

Advice?

This is a really handy utility, I'd hate to lose it.
