New User looking for a demo/intro game

I was referred to this site from someone else, being that i miss playing P&P for so long. I've played for a better part of 15 yrs, but stopped recently since I moved to a new city and not having many friends here makes it difficult to play again.

I've played a wide assortment of games from Palladium universe to AD&D. The latter being my favorite and first love. I'd like to try this out and see if this is a good alternative to having a bunch of friends over for hours and end.

Welcome to Fantasy Grounds, Rich. First of all, have you already bought the product? If so, I'm pretty sure with some patience you can find a 4e game here in the forums. Players usually seek GMs, not vice versa. Just be sure the GM understands your circumstances and so on. And of course be sure to post what time zone you are in and what times you are available.

I'm going to demo the software from 17:00 to 18:00 GMT tomorrow (Saturday 22nd November) as part of GURPS Online Day (https://www.spyke.me/god-home.htm). This won't be a game, just a chance for people to connect and try out the features and ask me any questions, and will be using the demo version and its default d20 ruleset.

I will though, be running a short GURPS game for people with licensed copies of FG2 earlier in the day, from 14:00 to 16:00. Thanks for the responses. Yes I did purchase the Lite version of the software, as I haven't played in a while, being a GM would be my last priority at this time. I currently live in Arizona, so my timezone changes twice a year (dont believe in daylight savings)
