Not a huge problem, but one I encountered.
1) Add a custom die to the ruleset
2) Drag the die to a hotkey
3) Save everything.
4) Edit the ruleset and remove the custom die.
When you reload the ruleset it will crash with an application error. Restarting and loading the campaign will cause an application error as well.
It would be nice if this was handled a bit more gracefully.
