Is there a good PnP that has some nano enhanced soldier, mechsuit armor, cybernetic enhancement or some things along those lines?

there is a long list of games that have those elements, if you are looking for one that is already supported by Fantasy Grounds I would check out GURPS. But you could also check out Battletech, Rifts, and any number of other scifi settings.

As unerwünscht's mentioned, if you're a GURPS player you could use the ruleset I've made available at www.spyke.me (https://www.spyke.me), and create the characters using GURPS Character Assistant (https://e23.sjgames.com/item.html?id=SJG31-4001)(the official character generator software) which comes with the data files for GURPS UltraTech and GURPS BioTech. You can then import those characters into the ruleset, and homebrew your setting, or adapt one that's commercially available.

You mean some world like Bubblegum Crash and Bubblegum Crysis or Appelseed? Cyberpunk 2020 gets close to it. It has Powered Armors, Nanites and Biotech as Full Body Borgconversions and for sure Corporations that want to control everything, AVs and Netrunners.
Used to be Cyberpunk 2020 by Talsorian games. I think there even is a ruleset for FGII. Easy System with some drawbacks, but ok for Fast Fun.
Gurps is for sure a possible Kandidate too, nice System but very complex and mighty.
Shadowrun (without the Magic Part) Is also a good system and has the Background too. You can leave the Magic Part out, if you are an experienced GM. SR4 is a nice System too. There are also Biotech, Nanites, Cyberware and so on. Pretty close to Cyberpunk. Both are "Earthbased cenarios".

GURPS Transhuman Space might do the trick.

Neotech has most of it by default setting. Shadowrun has most of it... and a bit more. GURPs as mentioned is probably a good idea. Or you could use the old StarWars D6 system, I believe there is a ruleset for that here on the forums somewhere.

Surprised someone hasn't mentioned Warhammer though the RPG was released and cancelled immediately.

Appreciate all the input, shadowrun, rifts, star wars, and gurps all looks pretty fun. I think I might take a look into gurps. I started a star wars saga edition campaign that has been pretty fun. I am actually in Griogres's 4E game that has been really fun. I might just stick with the star wars and 4E games for now and learn. I am still new to the whole PnP gaming scene but I like to write and create fiction so I thought I might like to do some Gm'ing.

That sounds promising.
These things could be of help for what you are seeking:
FG 2 GURPS 4e ruleset (https://www.grahambrand.co.uk/)
Cyjack's futuristic superb skin (https://www.grahambrand.co.uk/) -adapted by Spyke for the mentioned ruleset.
Ultratech (https://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/Ultra-Tech/)
Biotech (https://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/Bio-Tech/)
If you want a sort Cyberpunk setting, the 2020 one is great, I remember it. Also, there are these third edition sourcebooks: GURPS Cyberpunk (https://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/cyberpunk/) and GURPS Cyberworld (https://www.sjgames.com/gurps/books/cyberworld/). There was something more but Í don't remember... Oh, yes: Cybergeneration, what was a sourcebook for Cyberpunk 2020 in the earlier decade.

Bah, Cybergeneration was not only a Sourcebook * muharhar *
It was the greates fun putting my players through the "motion" hehe.
Cybergeneration is actually an own RPG based on the Cyberpunk World and Rulebook. I always thought of it of an "alternate" " World Cenario. Great and Fun Stuff * sigh *
* Ideas building up for some more mean and vicious Adventureing (put evil GM - laughter here) *

I assume you are referring to Warhammer 40k: Dark Heresy. It is alive and well under the care of Fantasy Flight Games https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/dark-heresy/
Not sure how well it would fit the original poster's desires tho.
