Custom Rifts Character Sheet - Help

I've been trying my hand at a custom Rifts character sheet (screen shot):

As you can see I've made some progress, but I've been hung up on a few things.

1. Armor Rating can't be edited and doesn't save.
2. ISP and PPE both don't save.
3. Dodge, Parry, Roll p/punch can't be edited and don't save.
4. Initiative, Attacks p/rd, and Strike all don't save.
5. The Saves list scrolls.

Everything else seems to work fine. If I can solve those five issues I'd have a usable Rifts sheet.

I've solved all the non editing non saving problems. The save lists still scrolls but it's not a big deal. I shall try my hand at the skills list next.

If you want to disable scrolling, try the <noscroll/> tag in your windowlist definition.

Thank you Feon, that did the trick. So now I just need to edit the skills sheet and I'll be done. I've made some cosmetic changes:
