Getting FG 2

Last night at about 8pm. CST I bought FG2 lite. Within seconds I got my receipt in my email, but i have still not gotten the other email giving me the license number. How long is it suppose to take?

Last night at about 8pm. CST I bought FG2 lite. Within seconds I got my receipt in my email, but i have still not gotten the other email giving me the license number. How long is it suppose to take? I assume you refer to the receipt email from PayPal? That receipt is sent from a different system than SmiteWorks' but both mails should be sent almost immediately. Have you checked your spam filter? Also, if you opted to store the purchase on your account, you can access the license keys from the order history (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/orders.xcp) (also found at the bottom of the page in the Store (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/)) - you have to be logged in here on the community to access the order history.

I have checked my junk mail and it is not in there. When i go to the link you have given me it says i do not have any completed orders but i also dont have anything in my cart.

And i just checked the card i paid with and it has not been posted to my card yet...but i still have paypal telling me i paid

Ok for all that are reading this an maybe having the same trouble I emailed the support center and i got a reply with 30mins giving the license. Thanks
