So I've been thinking about different ways to increase the amount of
games we run on any given week at our campaign site. Helping reduce DM prep time by making FG modules of RPGA adventures was one way, and I think maybe a contest incentive is another way. You wont get rich off of this, buthere's my proposal:
Every DM that runs and reports an RPGA game though our group ( https://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/RPGA_Group/ ) during
the period of October 23 to December 23 will be entered into a prize
drawing. You will get one entry for each game you run, so the more
games you run, the better your odds of winning. On the 23rd, I will
pick a name from all of the entries and the winner will get to choose
any 1 book from WOTC as his/her prize(e-book or hardcopy and there is
a $30 limit).
The contest will need a minimum of 5 DM's to go forward (We've had
four different DM's to this point if you count me so that should be
manageable). You don't need to be an RPGA member to run a game here
or to enter the contest - I can sanction the games for the DM.
Finally, I reserve the right to change the contest rules at any time
(I'm a lawyer in real life :) )
With the Weekend in the Realms approaching and preferring not to run
3 consecutive days, any DM agreeing to take 1 of the 3 WITR sessions
will earn 2 entries into the contest.
