Me Being Stupid (Ruleset Location)

All right, I know I've known this in the past, but for some reason I can't figure it out now.

I'm wanting to look at the d20 ruleset .xml files. However, currently my C:/Users/<<User>>/AppData/Roaming/Fantasy Grounds II/rulesets directory is empty, and I cannot find the ruleset anywhere else.

Are they available for download somewhere? Or do I have to reinstall?

In the program folder (not the data folder) double-click the d20unpak.exe file.

It will create a folder in application data with the name rexamples, copy the d20 folder in there to rulesets and rename and you have a editable version of the D20 ruleset.
