Skinning Machine

Having played around a bit with the extensions I have come to the conclusion that it probably shouldn't be too hard to make a small application in say Visual Basic that could let you choose files for icons and the like and spit out a XML file for re-skinning any ruleset using the standard names for these files...

I am going to re-download Visual Studio Express tonight. Anyone else wanna chip in I'd be glad for any asistance. :)
