rolling fortitude / reflex saves

How do you do it, aside from manually entereing in the saves?
You can double click on str / dex for str / dex checks but not for the
fort, will or reflex saves.

What ruleset are you talking about? I'm guessing one of the JPG ones. In the d20 one double clicking should work if you set the "PC double click action" to "roll" in options using the button in the top right.

On the 4E one it wouldn't work because there is no such thing as Fort, Will or Ref saves in 4th Edition. It would be the same thing as making an AC "save" in earlier editions.
