Where can I find just the modules to download? Sorta new to this process

Which ones are you looking for? The standard d20 ones will already be installed on your system, some folks publish campaign-specific modules, there are also modules for custom rulesets (in which case you need the ruleset first). It is also worth noting that the content modules for custom rulesets usually contain copyright material and so aren't available for sharing.
